We’ll keep you updated via email and send the tracking number as soon as it ships so you can check the status and see when it will arrive. If you need to make a change to your address, please contact customer service at hello@shopmabets.com before your order ships to make sure it arrives at the right place.

Please contact us at hello@shopmabets.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. We fulfill orders quickly so we can't guarantee the cancellation, but we'll do our best!

Contact hello@shopmabets.com immediately.  In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been shipped.  

We're here to help! We know that sometimes, a carrier might mark a package as "delivered" before it's actually made it to its location. To help us troubleshoot, please follow steps and email us at hello@shopmabets.com:

1. Verify your shipping address is correct

2. Check for a notice of attempted delivery at your door

3. Check if a neighbor or someone else accepted the delivery

4. Check back in 2 days (in some cases packages may say delivered up to 3 business days prior to arrival)​​

If you still are missing your package after these steps, rest assured we'll work together to fix this!

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please email us at hello@shopmabets.com. We gladly accept returns or exchanges on items that are not marked as final sale within 10 days of purchase as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags).

Do you offer free returns?

Unless you are processing an exchange or store credit, $5 restocking fee is deducted from your refund and you most pay for the cost of the return shipping label.

How soon will I get my refund?

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package, but often sooner. We'll send you an email when your refund has been processed. Please contact your bank if your refund does not appear after it has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Are any items final sale?

All items marked "Final Sale", are ineligible for return. Exceptions will not be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. Our team is happy to answer any questions you may have about a style prior to your purchase.

Where is your product made?

Our factories are all located in the USA. We love supporting other small businesses with ethical & sustainable practices. Our factories pay all of their workers faire wages!

What materials do you use to ship your orders?

Online orders are shipped with recycled paper mailers. Your garment will arrive wrapped in recycled tissue paper. We do not ship any branded materials other than the paper order confirmation slip in order to reduce our single-use waste. The mailers and tissue paper are made from 100% recycled content and 20% post-consumer waste.

What kind of thread do you use?

We make sure to use cotton thread for sewing, and hope to use Organic cotton thread in the near future.

Is your product vegan?

Yes, no animals were harmed here! We use natural, plant-based fabrics.
